Shipping:

Ground Shipping:  MACCINDO offers FREE ground shipping via D Express on orders over €50 going to any destination in Serbia. For orders in Serbia under €50, shipping is €3. Please allow 2-7 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from Belgrade. 

All orders will be processed 1 – 2 business days after purchase.
MACCINDO is not responsible for shipping delays.

International Shipping

Duties & Taxes: Depending on the country, import duties and taxes might be added upon arrival. MACCINDO is not responsible for any additional import duties and taxes.

Order Processing: International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.

Returns:

Domestic:

MACCINDO accepts returns of unworn and unused products within 14 business days of shipment.

International:

Orders shipped to any destination other than Serbia are final sale and exempt from returns.
